1) Select Clients Tab





2) Select Clients Survey




3) Select Add/Edit Locations





4)  Select Add Location




5)  Enter Location ID and Location Name.  Combination of Location ID and Location Name must be unique.

 




6)  Fill in location address information.  Note - Address 1 is used for mapping locations.  Address 2 is reserved for more detailed information on finding the location but is not used for mapping.  




7) Other fields are optional and can be filled in if needed.
