To add a Narrative Question, follow the steps for adding questions to a survey.
Narrative Questions can be used for longer, more detailed responses. For short responses, look into Text Questions!
Answer length
You can set the character length range of the response by inputting minimum and maximum character length values.
If you have set the values, the shopper will be notified if their answer does not match your specified range.
Display Formatting
The display of the question will include the question text and an input field.
Remember to review the sections, visibility and formatting, N/A scoring, question scoring and question requirements knowledge base articles as needed!
