1. HORIZONTAL ICONOGRAPHS Iconographs allow you to use ANY image to represent a score and we've added the option to have the "filling in" gradient move left to right:
For extra flash and sizzle, use your client's logos and product images as the actual graph:
Making these iconographs couldn't be easier - just use any widget with a scoring graph (such as YOUR SCORE or SCORE COMPARISON), enter the web address where your image is uploaded and (if desired), select "Fill horizontally":

Social Media Word Cloud: Your clients can view the most frequently used words in their social media feedback ... but never forget that SASSIE's Word Clouds are more than pretty fluff. Clicking on any word immediately displays all of the reviews that contain that word, making Word Clouds a truly interactive tool.  Click any word to view the occurences of that word in contextSocial Media Rating Distribution: Averages never tell the whole story - this widget shows where the social media ratings fell across the various star ratings.  Mostly 5 star reviews, but also a sizable number of 1 star reviews Social Media Rating By Source: As Kojak would ask "Who loves ya, baby?" This widget shows which social media platforms love you ... and which ones don't!  Doing fairly well with Google, but those picky Yelpers are less enthused
4. EXPORT TO EXCEL One of the most surprisingly common requests we've received was the ability to export Dragon data to an Excel-compatible format. We've added that feature in the Dragon toolbar:
