The Email Manager Passwords page allows you to automatically email managers their passwords. You may email groups of managers at once or choose individual managers to email. You may also add additional comments that will be sent with each email.
Each manager will receive an individual email including his or her login and password, as well as the page address where he/she will login and any additional comments you have specified. Managers with regular client access, including Client Supervisors will be directed to the client login page. Managers with administrative access will be directed to the administrator login page.
You may email all managers, or email only one type of manager. Manager types include the managers for each client level as well as Client Masters, Client Supervisors and Staff Administrators. Level managers are ones that have been associated with a level on the Location Administration page. Client Masters are managers that have Client Master access to this client, Client Supervisors are managers that have no administrator access, but, by default, can view data for all locations, and Staff Administrators are managers that have System Administrator access to this client.
You may choose either to email all managers of the type you have chosen, or select individual managers from a list.
You may adjust the from address and subject of the emails, and add additional comments to the message body. The from address defaults to the email address associated with your account, but may be changed to any valid email address. Any comments you supply will be added to the end of the automatically-generated message.
Once you have made your selections, click GO. If you have chosen to email all managers, an email will be sent to each manager of the type you selected and the page will reload, displaying how many managers were emailed.
If you have chosen to email individual managers, you will be shown a list of all managers of the type you selected. Check off the box next to each manager you would like to email and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click GO. Each manager you have selected will be emailed and the page will reload, displaying how many managers were emailed.
