Add a View
To add a new View, choose a tab you want to add a View to, and simply use the dropdown menu. Once you select the "Create new view" option, a new window will pop up, prompting you to enter further View options.
Import a View (copy a View)
Using the "Import using an export code" option requires you to have the code from the already made View.
To get the code, navigate to the View you wish to copy and click the Link icon (chain icon) next to the Views menu. In the dropdown that appears, you will need to select the "Export as string" option and copy the value that populates the box.
Once you have the code, navigate to a new View and select "Create new View" option. Check the "Import using an export code" button and simply copy the code you got in the previous step.
Remember to go through each widget after you import the View, to see if you want or need to make any specific adjustments.
Edit a View
Once you have a View created, you can also edit its settings by selecting the "Edit View Settings" option in the dropdown.
A settings window will pop up, allowing you to change the View's name, the default survey it 'belongs' to, as well as make that View the default view for the tab you are on.
If your client is using Custom Date Ranges, an extra option will appear on this step, allowing you to set the Date range size.
Delete a View
Choosing the "Delete view" will open a pop-up asking you to confirm the deletion.
Pre-configured templates
If you would like to make use of some pre-configured templates, there are a couple we have prepared for you. You will want to use the "Import using an export code" option after creating a new View, and copy one of the following codes to enable a set of pre-configured widgets:
