To add a Time Length Question, follow the steps for adding questions to a survey.
Time Length Questions can be included in shops and are utilized to measure durations, such as time spent in line. Time Length questions do not contribute to shop scores.
Time format
You can select the time format that works best for you. Options are minutes and seconds, or hours, minutes and seconds.
Answer range
To limit the answer range, input the minimum and maximum values.
Display formatting
You can add labels before and after the values on forms, reports, or both.
