The Form Detail View page allows you to view survey details such as survey's unique ID, scoring settings, question list and any possible customizations that might be attached to the survey.


On the Client & Form Settings page, select View Details link in the "Form" section dropdown and hit the GO button.



The top of the Form Detail View page will display the Survey ID, scoring settings and any customizations that might be attached to the survey.





The bottom of the page displays the Question List, allowing you to easily check question settings as well!


From left to right, the columns are:


ID # 

This is a unique identifier for questions.

When you are experiencing issues with anything form related, please provide the Question IDs when you open a support tracker.


Text 

This is the actual text of each question on this survey.


Format

This is the type of the question. You can read more about question types in detail in a different part of our knowledge base.


Answer Requirements

This indicates whether answers are always required, not required, or conditionally required.

You can read more about answer requirements in detail as well!


Answers (scores)

This shows all the answers for each questions along with the scores for each answer in parentheses.


Sections

This shows the sections to which each question and its scores are attached to, and will thus make up that section's score.


Hidden From

This indicates if a question is invisible to shopper, client, both shopper and client.

Misc

This column indicates additional question attributes such as: Official Date, Official Time, the time format used, currency type used and so on.
