Shopper Citations can be used for internal and external notes regarding a shopper's history or performance.

You may want to use them to keep track of a shopper's reliability (or unreliability), to note any issues, or to let the shopper know when they have done a good job.

There are two ways you can reach the Shopper Citation Administration page.

You can use the Shopper Search functionality.

Input the last name of the shopper, select them from the list, and use the Citations button below the search box.

Or, use the Shopper Citations button on the most right column in the Shopper Log page.

Adding a new citation

Use the Add New Citation button to open a new page, and fill in the fields.

You can select a particular client if the citation is client-related.

Offered Types of citations are None, Standard, Flake, Hero, History, Needed Extension, Cancel, or Other. These types of citations are visible during shopper selection in the Scheduling process, allowing the schedulers to easily notice what kind of shopper they are dealing with.

Possible Classes are None, Scheduler, or Reviewer.

Rating can be None, or from one to ten.

The Weight of the citation determines the number of shops a particular rating counts for. For an example, a citation with a weight of 4 and a grade of 8 would count as the equivalent of 4 shops, with a grade of 8.

You can select to make the citation private, by checking the Hide this citation from the shopper checkbox. Or, if you decide you want the shopper to see the citation, leave it unchecked - and, if needed, email the citation to them.

Once satisfied, use the Add New button at the bottom of the screen.

Editing and viewing citations

You can view any citation by using the plus button in the Expand column.

However, you can only edit the citations you created. You would use that by clicking the Edit button in the most right Edit column. For citations you did not create, the Edit button will be unavailable.
