The Action Item Counts widget displays the amount of Action Items per category, per sections or/and questions.
This widget is unlocked only if you have Kaizen Action Plan active.
In this example, there is 1 resolved Action Item out of 12 overall (8.33%) for the question "Was the theater lobby clean and well-maintained?". All 12 items fall into the "Comfort" Category.
Widget Customization
The "Categories" setting allow you to select which Action Item categories will be displayed on the widget, while "Sections and Questions" setting allows you to further customize the view.
The "Show as.." setting allows you to show Counts, Percentages or Both in regard to unresolved and resolved Action Items.
