The Action Item Log widget displays active Action Items for the selected survey, for the manager that is currently logged in.
This widget is unlocked only if you have Kaizen Action Plan active.
Selecting a row will open a new tab, displaying all questions that have Action Items for that Evaluation.
You can reach the Action Item Log through Classic Reports as well!
