On the Job Board, your shoppers can see available assignments, and choose the ones they want to do.

Get started on the main Admin Page.

There is no need to preselect the client and survey. Simply use the Scheduler button on the top right of your screen to reach the main Scheduler Page, from which you can use the Job Board button!

Find Shops

The top section of the page allows you to filter the shops that have been posted on the Job Board.

To display available shops, input the distance from your desired location and hit the search button. The page will display how many shops have been found based on your filters.

There are a couple of additional filters that can be added to your Job Board!

These are: country and state filters, client filter, project type filter (based on the business classification) and the 'appliable' filter which allows the shopper to toggle between appliable and nonapplicable shops. To have a filter added to your Job Board, please open a Support Tracker!

Standard Shops

Once standard shops have been found, they will be displayed on the map.

The From and To dates let the shopper know when they need to do the shop, with the To date being the Due Date you have set in the session settings (or manually for a specific shop, through the process applications page).

The More button will display additional data for the shop, including any shop comments and additional information you've put in.

The Apply button will open a Shop Application page, allowing you (the shopper) to apply for the shop, or directly self-assign it - depending on your session settings.

Locationless shops

Locationless shops are shops that do not have a location which a shopper can visit, such as phone shops or shops that can be done online.

Quite similarly to the standard shops interface, you can use More button to see additional details of the shop, the Apply button to apply for it, and check the Due Date in the top left of the interface.

Remember, you can only create locationless shops during session creation!
