Admins can activate, deactivate, or simply change the visibility of a client or a survey.


There are two ways to get to the Client-Survey activation page, and both start on the main Admin page.



After you select a client, head to the Clients tab and select the Client/Survey Activation link. Or, use the Quick Jump bar and search for the same text.



The Client-Survey Activation page offers two choices of activation: activated and deactivated. There are also two additional visibility options: setting the survey to be visible only to the System Admins, or setting it to be visible to the Client Masters and higher.



Once you are satisfied with your choices, simply hit the Save Changes button.


A survey must be set to "Activated" to be available in Reporting and Dragon Dashboard.
