To add a Currency Question, follow the steps for adding a question to a survey.



Currency Questions can be used to collect monetary data. 



Expenses

While the Currency Questions do not contribute to the overall score, you can add it to Expenses, or Special Expenses, by selecting the appropriate checkbox.



If Include in EXPENSES is checked, it will include the amount in the shopper billing for reimbursement, and applies the Expense limit stated in the client, for and shop scheduling settings.


If Include in SPECIAL EXPENSES is checked, it will do the same for reimbursement if special expenses have been set for the shop.



You can also set the range of expenses, by inputting the minimum and maximum values.




Display Formatting

You can add labels before and after the values on forms, reports, or both.
