Use this page to see how busy BEMS is and to monitor the status of your shop announcement emails. 


Get started on the main Admin Page.


There is no need to pre-select a client or the survey. You can simply use the Scheduler button on the top right of your screen, to reach the main Scheduler Page. There, you will find a link to the BEMS log in the Logs & Reports section!


From the log, you are able to see the number of Emails to be sent, the percentage of these that have been sent, when you created the session, the first transfer to the BEMS Server, when the emailing was completed or the Estimated Completion Time.



In the action column, there will be a stop link if the email has not all been sent. Use this if you realize that you have made a scheduling error and do not wish all the emails to be sent out. This will stop the remaining emails from going out, but will not affect any that might have gone out already. When this column shows --, you can no longer stop the system from send out your emails, as these will already have been sent.
