From the Client and Form Settings page, you can view survey details such as the scoring settings for the survey, the survey's unique ID number, and whether any customizations have been attached to the survey.
Choose View Details from the drop down menu on the Client and Form Settings page.
Scoring settings are displayed at the top of the page, along with the Survey's ID.
If there is a customization present, a customization ID will also be shown. You can use this to reference the customization when communicating with support.
