In Sassie, each job has a "status". A job can have only one status at a time, which is changed as the job goes through the typical life cycle of a job.

Created A shop that has been created using the Manual Scheduler, but has not yet been assigned to a shopper.
OpenA shop that has been created in the System using the Auto Scheduler but has not yet been assigned to a shopper.
 New A shop that has been created and assigned to a shopper, but the shopper has not entered any data for the shop.
 Incomplete  The shopper has entered data into the shop but has not completed all required questions on the survey. The shop is still available to the shopper to complete.
 Completed  Shop has been completely filled out by shopper, and it has been submitted. All required responses are present.
Collaboration Shop This status appears when a shop has been imported from the Secondary MSP in a collaboration project.
 ExcludedShop is not available to the client in reporting, but may be still available for shopper payment.
 Hold A/BThis status is typically used when you do not want the shopper or the client to view the shop, such as when further reviewing is needed.
 Reviewed The shop has been reviewed, but not yet finalized. Clients do have access to see these records in the logs, but are not yet able to view the shop results.
 Finalized The shop has been finalized and released for clients to view the results.
 EmailedThis status indicates that at some point after the shop has been finalized, a link was emailed to someone using the Email Report in the top of the Client Shop View page, or using the Report Distribution/Email Web Links page.
 Client FinalizedThis is another status that can be designated as the stage where a shop becomes available to the client in reporting.
 LockedResponses cannot be changed in the Review view while a shop remains in this status.

Each survey in Sassie has a Distribution level (also called Distribution status), which represents the status at which shops on the survey become available for reporting and are viewable by Clients. If manager triggers are set up for the survey, they will be set when the shops are saved into that status from the Review view.


Most commonly, this status is set to Finalized, but you can customize this in the "Distribution Level" dropdown. 

Finalized and Client Finalized are both valid distribution statuses.
