Sometimes, you will want to provide instructions for your shoppers, and you can easily do that by uploading Shopper Guidelines for each survey!


On the Client & Form Settings page, check the Shopper Guidelines/Instructions column.



Use the Upload button to upload a new set of guidelines if there were none before, or View Current/Edit buttons in case the survey already has guidelines, and you would like to update them.




Once a Shopper Guidelines Upload page opens, use the Browse and Upload buttons to upload a PDF, Word, or an Excel file.


Remember the Guidelines are per survey, so you have an option to customize them as needed.



Once uploaded, the guidelines will appear on the Shopper Log.




As well as on the Shopper View of each shop for the survey that has the guidelines uploaded.
