The Action Item Log widget displays active Action Items for the selected survey.
This widget is unlocked only if you have Kaizen Action Plan active.
Selecting a row will open a new tab, displaying all questions that have Action Items for that Evaluation.
You can reach the Action Item Log through Classic Reports as well!
