The Micro-Reports widget deck allows you to easily see project status at a glance, and let you know which part of the process requires yours, or your Client's, assistance.

Filtering

To get to the Micro-Reports filtering, you want to use the "Show Filters" button on the top right of the report bar.

Once you open the filtering, there are quite a bit of filters you can choose from, allowing you to customize the reports in a way that works best for your Clients.

Date selection filter allows you to display only the shops within the specified date range.

The "Exclude Kiosk" option, once checked, will simply exclude Kiosk shops from the widgets and show standard, scheduled shops.

"Show Percentages" option will show the percentages on the widgets. If this option is not checked, the widget will show the number of the shops.

Client selection filter ensures that the data displayed is only for one Client, a list of selected Clients (Ctrl-click multiple clients to select them), or for all Clients.

Country selection filter offers a chance to show the data for all countries, one country or a selected list of countries (Ctrl-click to select multiples).

Business classification allows you to filter the data by all business classifications, one business classification or a list of classifications (Ctrl-click to select multiple classifications).

The widget sidebar on the right allows you to display or hide different widgets from the list. To turn the widget or on off, simply click on the green circle on the right of the widget name.

Once you are done with setting up the filters, make sure to select the "GO" button on the bottom of the Micro Reports widget. After that is done, you can hide filters by clicking the button on the top right of the report bar.
