Presto Insta
Insta-Shops are small, fast, mobile mystery shops.
Shoppers self-assign mystery shops, do the shop, and fill out and submit the survey at or near the shop location. They’re easy to set up and easy to do, but because there is no scheduler, there’s no one for the shopper to fall back on when they’re confused or things go wrong.
The fee for Insta-Shops is your shop fee before the latest 2024 price increase.

Presto C-SAT
You can think of Presto C-SAT like Sassie's Kiosk (or Kiosk Plus) but on the Presto side.
The standard fee for C-SAT evaluation is $7.00 per month per active target.
However, if you choose a per-completion, or per-evaluation, pricing structure, the fee for each evaluation will match your Kiosk price. To set this up, please reach out to the Presto Support team and submit a ticket with your request.
