The Net Promoter Score® widget displays the percentage of promoters, minus the percentage of detractors.
In other words, the Net Promoter Score® is a metric that quantifies customer loyalty by measuring the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. You can find more details on NPS in a different help article.
For all questions you want to use the NPS widget for, their answers must start with 0 and continue to 10 for proper scoring.
