Occasionally, you might require a set of test ("dummy") data to work with! Simply open a Support Tracker and let us know you need assistance.


Before we can begin working on your request, there are a few details we will need you to provide.

Failure to include any of the information listed may result in us having to reach out for clarification, which could delay the processing of your request.


Please specify the following:


1. The Client and Survey you want the shops created on.

2. How many shops do you require?

3. Do you need them on every location, or only some of them?

  • It is not possible to select the exact locations the shops will be created on, but you can decide do you want to have the shops created on 25%, 50% or 75% of the locations, on every location, or on some locations (random selection).

4. Do you require the shops to be created on a certain date, and for more than one month of a year?

  • You can let us know which date you would prefer, which months, and which year!

5. In what status should we set the shops to?



Default

In case you do not need a very specific setup, we can also create shops with the default settings.


That, in most cases, means 1 shop per every location, for each month of the current year (including upcoming months). The shops will be created in the Finalized status.

The amount of created shops might depend on the amount of locations your Client has.


In the tracker, simply let us know you require a default setup!


Question answers

Narrative questions will, by default, be answered with:

We can adjust both if required, but take note that the answers will not vary between the jobs.


Images


We can also upload images to your test shops!


However, this process requires considerable time on our end, and a well-prepared setup on yours. If you require images, please be aware that fulfilling your request may take some time.


To proceed, we’ll need you to provide the specific Question IDs where the images should be uploaded, and clearly indicate which image corresponds to each question.


The easiest way might be to denote the QID in the image name: QID_1234_aeroplane_ticket.jpeg
