The Reporterator utility allows you to create client-tailored reports.

To get there, get started on the main Admin page! Simply select a survey and use the quickjump.

On the Reporterator Admin page you can filter the reports by clients, by their status, or by the report's creator.

When the page loads, the creator dropdown will be set to All Creators by default!

This means that you might not see your previously created report straight away. Simply use the dropdown and filter the reports by their creator!

Create a new report

To create a new report, use the Create New Report button on top of the user interface.

You will be required to enter the report name, and select the survey the report will be created for, and used on!

Once satisfied, the Create Report! button will create a report template you will be able to edit to your liking.

A Reporterator Editor will open, allowing you to edit the details of your report.

Edit or delete a report

The Action column in the Reporterator Admin page allows you to easily delete the report, or edit it.

If you made changes, but you have not Finished the report in the Reporterator Editor, a discard button will be available in this column, allowing you to revert the report back to the version it was before the edit.

Other settings

If you are the owner of the report, there are a couple of more actions you can take!

Probably the most important setting is the report visibility!

Using the copy button will open a new pop-up, and you will be prompted to enter a new name for the copied report, as well as to select a client and a survey to copy the original report to.

Simply hit the Copy Report! button to confirm your choice and enter the Reporterator editor.

Using the hide button will deactivate and hide the report.

Sets

A new pop-up will open when you use the add to set button, allowing you to add the report to either a pre-made set, or to create a new set.

To confirm your choice, use the Add to Set! button.

Once the report has been added to a set, it will be displayed under the Set banner.

You can also easily delete the set by using the delete button next to the Set name. If you use the edit one, a Set pop-up will open, and you will be able to rename the set, or select its Category.

The Category dropdown allows you to place the set (and its reports) in the desired category on the Client Reports page.

If you want to remove the report from a set, use the remove from set button.
