Tests are considered a structured set of questions and rules that determine eligibility for a shopper to gain qualification or become an active participant in a mystery shopping company's system.
Tests can also be set as introductory tests. While they may be required or optional, this type of test is given to new shoppers on signup and can determine whether a shopper is activated in the system.
To get to the TestCaster page, get started on the main Admin Page.
Since the tests are shared between clients and surveys, there is no need to pre-select either. You can simply head to the Shoppers tab and under the Config column, use the TestCaster Tests and Quals link. Or, utilize the Quick Jump bar!
Keep in mind your account needs a special permission to access this utility. If you cannot reach it, please open a Support Tracker and request the permission!
The main TestCaster page has three buttons.
The View Tests one will display all the current tests, and allow you to edit or create new ones.
Go to Test Log button will open a Test Log page, on which you will be able to list all the taken tests.
View Qualifications button will open a Qualification page, allowing you to add, or edit new Qualifications.
