You might find yourself wondering why the AI review module didn't do anything to your shop, even though you are certain it should have.
There are a couple of things you can check in this situation, before letting us know about the issue:
1. Make sure the AI functionality is activated on the survey.
Head to the survey settings and check is the "Enable Auto Correct and AI Review" option checked.
Remember, AI module is per-survey, which means you need to have it enabled on each survey you want the AI to run. There is no way to simply enable it for the whole client.
2. Use the Configure AI Review button to check the AI tasks.
Alongside the AI Review Configuration page, open the survey's question list as well as you will want to make sure that the source and target question IDs exist in the question list, and are correct.
Also ensure that the Active checkbox is checked!
3. Check the shop status through the Admin Log interface.
The AI will only run on the shops put into the completed status by the shopper.
If anyone else makes any changes, the AI functionality will not run.
The changes that should not be made include, but are not limited to, updating the shop status, or editing any answers.
4. If you went through the steps and everything seems correct, give it another 20 minutes to make sure that the AI has enough time to run on the shop.
5. If the shop still has not been run through the functionality, open a Support Tracker.
Please make sure to let us know the Client and the Survey you are having issues with, alongside the shop ID and the AI task config ID, including any other possible details you might know about the shop.
