Negative scoring is not supported in Sassie.
While the Question UI does allow you to assign negative points to an answer option, the system will only reduce the total down to zero.
Negative overall scores or sectional scores are not supported.
In other words, while an answer option can have a negative point value, the actual score of any section or any shop will never be negative (it can be zero, at the lowest). While this means that a question with the negative point value can have an effect, all this can do is subtract points from earned points on other questions.
Sassie reporting interface (Dragon Dashboard, reports, Chameleon Shop View, Dragon Shop View) has not been designed to display negative scores either.
If you do decide to use negative scoring in any way, you would need to fully support and troubleshoot it yourself.
Please keep in mind that, even though it might seem everything is working as expected, there are parts of the system that might behave erratically, and we cannot guarantee that there will be no issues down the line even if you manage to make it work.
