If you know which shopper you want to assign to which location, you can easily do that through the manual scheduling process.


Get started on the main Admin Page


Select a client and simply use the Scheduler button on the top right of your screen.


Once on the Scheduler main page, use the Manual Scheduling button in the Utilities column.



At first glance, there is quite a bit going on at this page. 



The right side of the window displays the last 50 shops that were scheduled on this client and survey. Using the link with the shop ID will open the details of that shop, allowing you to edit whichever section you require.


The left side of the manual scheduling page is where you will set up the details of your shop. 


Shopper

Enter the shopper's last name or email address, either in full or partially, then click the search button. 

Matching results will appear in the right column, where you can select the desired shopper.



Using the profile button will open a new page, displaying the selected's shopper profile.


Store

There are two ways you can select the location for your shop in the Locations section.


Single LocationMultiple Locations


If you want to schedule a shop on a single location, simply enter the location's ID or name and click search. The right column will display all possible matches, allowing you to select the one you need.


If you would like to schedule a shop on multiple locations, use the Enable multi-location mode button. This method is referred to as Mass Manual Scheduling, and it allows you to enter a list of location IDs and schedule a shop on all of them.

Use the Return to single-location mode link to return to the previous selector type.


Dates

The only date you are required to enter in this process is the Due Date.

Payment and shop information

The left side of this section allows you to specify the reimbursement for the shopper.


Please confirm that currency questions are available for the survey you are creating a shop for!



The right side of the section ensures you can let the shopper know about any additional information you might have about a shop you are scheduling. Please keep in mind these are informational, and nothing you enter here will be enforced by Sassie.


Waves

The last section on the page allows you to select a wave, if you are using the functionality.



To add or edit a wave, use the Go to wave manager link.


Once you are satisfied with the settings, use the Add New button to create the shop!
