For some requests or questions that aren't addressed in the help system, you can send a tracker notice in the Sassie tracker system. 

From the main admin page, use quick jump to go to Support Tracker.  

to create a new notice, click Add New Issue:

in the new issue form, your name and email will be filled in automatically. Select the client your question is about. In the text, please include as much detail as possible. If your question is related to anything you are seeing in a shop, the Shop ID is very important to include.

Click Submit Notice.
