There are a couple of easy ways you can access the Dragon Dashboard through the Admin page.
Clients tab
The "Client Home" option will always be the first option in your "Clients" tab, under the "Client Portal" subsection.
- Select the Client and the Survey.
- Select the "Clients" tab.
- Select the first option, "Client Home".
You will also be able to add the "Client Home" (or any other option) to your "Favorites" tab by pressing the star icon next to it.
Favorites tab
If you have a link to a functionality added to your "Favorites" (by clicking the star icon next to it), you will be able to reach Dragon Dashboard through your "Favorites" tab.
- Select the Client and the Survey.
- Select the "Favorites" tab.
- Select the "Client Home", or "Dragon" option.
Quickjump
If neither of the two previous options are working out for you, you can also use the Quickjump bar.
- Select the Client and the Survey.
- Select the Quickjump bar, and enter "Client Home", or "Dragon".
- Select the option from the dropdown menu.
However!
To be able to utilize Dragon Dashboard, you will need to have your Client and at least one Survey set up, approved and finalized. You can find detailed information on each of those steps in the Getting Started in Sassie folder.
