You can easily create a new survey for an existing client from the Client & Form Settings page.


To reach it, get started on the main Admin Page.



Select a client, head to the Clients tab and use the Client & Form Settings link, or simply use the Quick Jump bar.



The top of the Client Administration page has a Survey section. 

Look for a Create New Survey for Client_Name button below all the listed surveys.



A Survey Administration page will open, and the only required field to create a new survey is the Survey Name.



Survey Name

This name is how you will identify this survey throughout Sassie.


Please keep in mind the following:

  • Enter a name that is unique from other surveys for this client so that you can easily distinguish between multiple surveys.
  • This name displays not only to your administrators, but also to your clients and shoppers. Do not use codes or terms that they won’t understand or will find confusing.
  • Do not put the client’s name into the name of the survey, since the client name will always be displayed next to the survey name. 
  • If you change the survey name and a survey logo has been previously uploaded, the survey logo must be re-uploaded.


Scroll to the bottom of the page and use the Add New button.
