The AutoScheduler Process Shop Applications page allows an admin with autoscheduler access to perform various autoscheduling functions.
There are four main sections on the page:
The Main Control panel
The top of this panel keeps you notified of the most important details regarding the session: Client and Survey the session is related to, the Due Date for the session and the session name.
Below that, you can note the profile that has been used to create the session, alongside any shopper restrictions you might have set during the profile creation phase.
The Location notes keep track of what happened during the session creation process; which locations have been added, and which (if any) have been deleted.
The bottom section of this panel has four columns, and each button allows you access to a different part of the system related to the session in question.
These are:
View/Edit Session Settings
Open a new popup, allowing you to edit the settings of a current session
You will be able to apply the settings to Unassigned, Assigned, or Completed & Assigned shop. Keep in mind that any shop that has already reached the finalized status cannot be updated!
Changing the settings of Assigned, and Completed & Assigned shops will update the shop without shopper notification, and it will overwrite any changes made to individual shops, such as shopper bonuses. Use with caution!
Additionally, you can edit the Shopper Session Question on the bottom of the page.
If you are changing the meaning of the question, we recommend you use the Hide this question from shopper log checkbox, to avoid confusing the shoppers that have already answered the previous version available to them.
Any changes you make will be visible on all shops in this session!
View Other Sessions
Leave the current page and return to the View Sessions page.
Show Assigned Shopper Emails
If shoppers have been assigned to the shops, using this button will display a list of their e-mails.
Clear Apps for this Session
If your session is not set to be self-assigned, and there are shoppers that have applied for the shops, using this button will clear all applications.
Export Open Shops
Download an export of all open shops in your session.
Resend Email
Using this button will open the AutoScheduler Shopper Matching page, allowing you to resend e-mails to the shoppers, or rework your matching preferences.
Add Shops to Session
Use this button if you need to add additional shops to your session.
The process looks quite like the Location selection step the Scheduling Wizard helped you through during session creation!
After using this option, make sure to use the Resend Email button to post the newly added shops to the Job Board!
Show All Applications
Displays the list of all the shoppers that have been assigned, or have applied, to do a shop, per locations in your session.
If a shop has not been claimed yet, the shopper data will be empty.
Delete Open Shops
This button will open a new pop-up, prompting your confirmation to delete all open (unassigned shops).
Please use with caution!
Goalz
Open the Goalz interface.
Shop List Panel
The shop list panel displays all the shops within a session.
You can easily filter the shops by using the drop-down menu just below the panel title.
Possible filtering options are open shops, open shops with applications, or all shops.
Enter a desired number of shops in the Limit field, and use the > button to display the results.
The Appl's column of the panel provides details about the shop's status.
Shops with no notes in this column don't have a shopper assigned yet, or have no applications.
Asgn'd mark means the shop at that location has a shopper assigned.
If your session is not using self-assigned shops, and the shoppers must apply for it, the number in the Appl's section will notify you of the number of current applications for that shop.
To view the details for any particular shop, simply click on the shop's link and the details will be displayed in the Shop Info panel.
Shop Info Panel
The Shop Info panel displays additional information about a shop.
The location data will be displayed above the calendar, and if the location has a sticky note attached to it, the note will also be displayed here!
Self-Assignment and Shopper Applications
If your session is using the self-assign option and a shopper has applied to do the shop, you will be able to assign the shop to one of the shoppers from the list.
The Select Shopper section allows you to select one of the shoppers that applied for the shop.
Simply click the radio button next to the desired shopper's name, and use the assign shopper button at the bottom.
Clicking on the shoppers name directly will, if you have it set up, open an e-mailing app and create an e-mail to this shopper's e-mail address.
Columns with additional shopper data have been provided to you, so you can select the best shopper at just a glance.
Those are:
Rtg (Rating) Shopper's average rating (shop ratings + citations) | Total The total number of shops ever done by this shopper, on your system. |
(Last) Shop rating for the last shop performed by the shopper. | Hero/Flk (Flake)/Cnl (Cancel) Number of citations for this shopper, per the types. |
Rcnt (Recent) The count of shops (in any shop status) for 30 days before, and 30 days after the current date. | Est Dist (Estimated Distance) The distance between the shopper's ZIP code and the location's ZIP code. |
The More Info panel on the right side of the section displays the Shopper Session Question, and the shopper's answer to it, alongside the shopper's pick date if your session settings allow that.
Using the Log button will open the shopper's log, using the Prof button will open the shopper's profile, while using the Cit's button opens shopper citations.
If the MSPA Certification has been activated, the number displayed will show the highest, and most recent type of certification.
Additionally, if the shopper is a JobSlinger Plus member, a JS+ icon will be displayed in this section.
Handpick Shopper
If you want to manually select a shopper to perform the shop, use the Handpick Shopper section.
In the input field, you can enter the first few letters of the shopper’s last name (for example, "Smi" to search for "Smith"), or include a comma followed by the first few letters of the first name (for example, "Sm, J" to find "Joe Smith").
Make sure to click on the row with the desired shopper, before using the assign shopper button to assign the shopper to the shop, or view profile one to check out the shopper's profile.
Once a shopper has been assigned to the shop, you will be able to either change the assigned shopper, or remove them completely.
The Info Shop Panel will also allow you to delete a shop, but only if a shopper has not been assigned to it yet!
Shop Settings panel
The Shop Settings panel allows you to easily update certain shop settings, such as: shop dates, payment expectations and shop information.
Hit the Change settings button to apply the updates, and assign a shopper if you selected one previously.
