As an administrator of your system, you can check the profiles of your shoppers.

Simply use the Shopper Search functionality to reach the desired shopper's page.

The Shopper's profile page has a few sections, and we will cover the most important details of each in this article.

Account Info

The top of the page lists the shopper's first and last name, alongside their shopper ID and sign up date.

If you are contacting us regarding any shopper issues, please make sure to note the shopper ID in the tracker. Additionally, remember you can use this shopper ID when testing on UAT as well!

Account Status

Below the Account Info section, you can check the status of the shopper's account.

The Account Status field lets you know is the account active or deactivated, and you can use the Change button on the right side to easily change the status itself.

Get Shop Offer Emails row allows the shopper to select will, or will they not, receive shop offer e-mails. The e-mail address they provided must be verified for them to receive the e-mails. Please make sure to read the 'Do Not E-mail' e-mail help article if you believe your shoppers are experiencing issues with e-mail deliverability!

Our system accepts both new and old MSPA certificate codes. While the certification is not required, you (and the shopper) can visit the MSPA's page to gather more information about what this means: https://www.mspa-americas.org/certification/

The GPS section will let you know did the shopper download the GPS verifier. This is useful for GPS verifier-enabled shops.

Address Verification ensures that the shopper receives e-mails only for nearby shops, and that the shops displayed on the Job Board are in their area.

Comments, Citations, and Disqualifications Section

If a shopper has shops completed, they cannot be deleted. In that case, you will want to deactivate them.

The Add New Citations button, when clicked, opens a Shopper Citation Administration page, allowing you to add a new citation, or check all the citations related to the shopper.

The Disqualification button will open a Shopper Disqualification page, allowing you to add or search disqualifications connected to the shopper.

Last but not least, you can add shopper Comments. These are Admin-only, and are not visible to the shopper. Simply input desired text and use the Edit Shopper Profile button at the bottom of the page.

Basic Account Information

This section of the Shopper Profile page holds the basic information about the shopper such as their name, address, e-mail, language preference and so on.

You can ensure that the shoppers can select the preferred language by using some of our the Translations functionalities!

If needed, you can also send a password reset link to the shopper's e-mail.

Payment Information

The Payment Information section matches with the payment options you have active on your system.

You can read more about the payment methods here

We can add up to three additional billing questions, if there are additional details you want to clarify with your shoppers. These questions can be set to be required, and can be included in billing exports. Please open a tracker notice and let us know how we can help!

Demographics Information

If required, you can collect different details about the shopper.

This data can be used in Scheduling Profiles as well, but keep in mind that if the requirements are too strict, you might have issues with finding shoppers for your shops!

Current options available in this section are Gender, Height, Weight, Race, Education and Marital status.

Additional Information

If you require more data than you are able to collect in the previous section, we can add another few questions.

There can be one question with a numeric answer, two with text fields, and two with multiple-choice answers. Only the text answers support encryption, and we do not recommend using any of these questions for collecting any data that might be considered secure.

Additionally, the answers to these questions can be exported through the Shopper Billing utility.

Area Codes

The Area codes fields are not required, but they can help with shop offers.

The shopper can enter up to five of them.

The last two sections in the Shopper Profile are Platform Privacy Policy and Independent Contractor Agreement.

To update your Independent Contractor Agreement, please open a tracker notice and let us know the exact text you require.

Please keep in mind, it usually takes at least a couple of business days for us to perform the update!
