The Privacy Concerns page allows you to check which demographic profile questions are active on your system that we no longer recommend asking.
Get started on the main Admin Page.
Since this is a system-wide utility, there is no need to preselect a client and a survey. Simply use the QuickJump bar and search for 'privacy'.
The page will list all the questions that might be problematic.
If you are using any of the demographic questions in any of your profiles (or sessions), this will also be listed, allowing you to see what's going on at a glance.
Please open a Support Tracker if you would like us to turn off any of the questions listed here from your system.
Instead, you can use Extended Shopper Profile to add unlimited questions to the shopper's profile (e.g. "Do you own a digital camera?").
