Client size message when accessing locations Print

The following message can occur on clients with more than 500 locations:

The current Client Size is too low for the number of locations. Please change the client size setting. Instructions found here.

To resolve the issue:

From the main Admin page, select the Client/Survey
On the Clients tab, or from Quick jump, select Client and Form Settings
Scroll and select "More than 500" on the 'Client Size (# of Locations)' setting
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'
