To make use of the Photo DNA function, you will first need to enable it.
Get started on the main Admin Page.
Select a client, head to the Clients tab and use the Client & Form Settings link, or simply use the Quick Jump bar.
On the Client Administration page scroll down to the purple section of the client settings and make sure the Photo DNA setting is set to enabled.
Then, simply click on the Survey name.
Scroll down to the Advanced Survey Options section on the Survey Settings page, and enable the use of Photo DNA.
Don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and use the Save Changes button!
Once this setting has been enabled for a survey, each Picture Upload Question will have a checkbox available to "Enable Photo DNA".
You will need to manually turn this on for every Picture Upload Question you wish to have processed with Photo DNA.
