Note: This feature must be enabled on your system first. If you have never used this before on a survey, please create a tracker notice to have it enabled.
To Enable PhotoDNA:
From the Clients Tab on the Main Admin Page select the existing Client.
Select Client & Form Settings.
Select the survey name from the Survey Settings column.
Under Advanced Survey Options set Photo DNA to Enabled.
Select Save Changes.
The Photo DNA setting in Survey Settings works as follows:
Enabled: Allows Photo DNA to be enabled for photo upload questions on this survey
Disabled: Disables Photo DNA for all photo upload questions on this survey
Once you have enabled it for a survey, each Picture Upload question will have another setting/checkbox available to "Enable Photo DNA". You will need to manually turn this on for whichever Picture Upload questions you wish to have processed with Photo DNA.
