Here are the defaults for the various types of Email Triggers.  The triggers are made up of text and dynamic fields (shown in {curly brackets} ) that pull in data from the shop being triggered.  Each trigger type has a different set of default text. The defaults are hierarchical: there is a System default, which can be overridden by an MSP-level custom trigger text, which can be overridden by a Client-level custom trigger text, which can be overridden by a Survey-level custom trigger text.  


Basic text and tag changes to these defaults can be handled by support if you submit a support tracker with the update requests. Please specify which type of trigger you would like updated with any such request, along with the changes requested, and if you want the change to apply to the MSP, Client, or Survey level.

Fill-in-the-Blank Trigger text

Fill-in-the-blank triggers are what can be sent from the Review View of a shop by filling in the "* EMAIL a link to this shop to:" email fields. Which email body gets sent will depend on whether the shop is below or has reached distribution status.

NOTE any customized text set up for this trigger type through the Email Trigger Settings page will apply ONLY to the "distribution or above" version of the email. The version for below distribution status will continue to send the default text.


Also, Fill-in-the-Blank trigger custom text can only be set up at the MSP or Client-level. It cannot be setup on a survey-specific level.
