The ICR/Kiosk Mode Settings section allows you to configure the settings for the Kiosk shops.
Enable ICR/Kiosk shops for this survey
Enable or disable ICR/Kiosk shops.
Once this setting is checked, Mobile Kiosk mode will automatically be selected for you, and once the settings are saved, a Sample Kiosk Shop link will be displayed.

Once the setting has been saved, a Sample Mobile Kiosk View link will be created for you.
Enable CSS setup for this ICR/Kiosk survey
If this setting is enabled, you will be able to select the style of the shop. Remember to check the Sample Kiosk shops to see how the shop will be displayed.
Select Shop View Style
You can select the style of the Kiosk shops from a couple of pre-made themes. Simply select one from the dropdown and save the setting.
If you need a different style for your shop, simply open a Support Tracker and let us know!
Enable Brancher
Enable or disable the Brancher.
Enable Manager Triggers for this ICR/Kiosk survey
If this setting is checked off, an e-mail link will be sent to the managers you specify in the Manager Triggers segment of the survey settings.
Enable PDF Triggers for this ICR/Kiosk survey
If this setting is checked off, a PDF will be sent to the managers you specify in the Manager Triggers segment of the survey settings.
Enable Score Triggers for this ICR/Kiosk survey
If this setting is checked off, a score trigger will be sent to the managers you specify in the Score Triggers segment of the survey settings.
Enable Custom Trigger Includes for this ICR/Kiosk survey
If you have a custom trigger set up, you can enable or disable it with the checkbox.
What email address should kiosk triggers come from?
If you are sending score or manager triggers, you will need to enter an e-mail address in this field, from which the e-mails will be sent.
What mode do completed ICR/kiosk shops get set to? (Note: This affects offline shops as well)
The dropdown will let you select at which status the completed Kiosk shops get set to.
Can client managers generate their own ICR/kiosk links?
If this setting is enabled, client managers will be able to generate links as well.
What is the maximum number of ICR/kiosk shops allowed for this survey?
You are able to limit the maximum amount of shops created by entering a number in this field.
