Review View shows the shop’s data and allows the reviewer to both view, and modify it.
Get started on the main Admin Page.

You can simply use the Logs button on the top right of your page, or pre-select a client and a survey if you want the same selector to be already set on the Admin Shop Log page. Using the QuickJump bar is also an option!
Once on the Admin Shop Log page, simply select the Review option in the action buttons column.

The Review View will open in a new tab, displaying quite a bit of data.
Shop Info
The top of the page displays quite a bit of useful data pertaining to the shopper, shop's location, and the shop's scoring.

Next to the Client and Survey information is the View information section.
The Display Using dropdown will be available depending on your Alternate Question Sets.
The timer below it displays how long has the page been opened for.
Using the > button on the top left will open a new floating button.
The Jump to Control button allows you to quickly navigate to the bottom of the page and access all the available controls, while the timer starts automatically as soon as this page is opened.

If you leave it opened, the floating container will follow as you scroll, so you can easily use it whenever needed.
The Location section, where you can see the exact Location Hierarchy this shop belongs to, alongside the managers that have been assigned to the levels.
Just below it is the section displaying Unlimited Location Groups, if you are using those.
Using the Click here link will open a new page, ensuring you can update the managers assigned to the shop if needed.
Right of the location and manager display is the Score section. Here, once the shop has been scored, you will see a list of scoring details, alongside any customizations that might be attached to the survey.
The Shop Date section lists the details on the Due Date, Submission Date, and Reporting date, alongside any details you might have added about the availability of the shop.
Last but not least is the Shopper section, listing the details about the shopper, including their ID, name, and their phone number. The Shop ID has also been listed in this section.
Question List
If you are using RuleZ on the survey, the page will notify you of this, and allow you to show/hide questions influenced by them, or even disable the RuleZ completely.
Remember, you can Disable Rulez on Review View in the Advanced Survey Options!
Below that is a question list. All the fields are editable, so if needed, you will be able to modify the shop even after the shopper has completed it.

Additional info might be displayed in this section, depending on the functionalities you have activated on your system.
Reviewer Controls
Below the question list are the Reviewer Controls, through which you can change the shop status, and reach out to the shopper and managers.

The Shop Status dropdown allows you to change the status of the shop. To have the shop scored, remember it needs to reach the Finalized status at least once!
You can input the names of a Reviewer and the person that finalized the shop, if required.
The Review History Details section will be available and filled in if you have the Review History functionality turned on your system, and survey.
The Shopper section deals with the shopper information.
You can grade the shopper, add comments or citations to their profile, as well as e-mail them directly. If there are pre-made comments on your system, you can easily select those through the dropdown.
Remember to check the Shopper Pay checkbox if you want to make the shop available for payment. This will make the shop visible in the Shopper Billing pages.
Alongside emailing the shopper, you can also send the shop link to two additional addressed.

The three checkboxes allow you to send score triggers, manager triggers, or PDF triggers.
Shop Process Options
The bottom of the Review View page has five buttons you can use to modify, or view the shop.

The Shop Set Up button will open a new popup, looking quite similar to the setup you use during manual scheduling, or by using the Edit button directly from the Admin Shop Log page. The popup allows you to edit a few shop details, including the dates, location, and expenses.
The Company View button will open a Client View of the shop. You can also reach this page by using the View button on the Admin Shop Log page as well.
The Shopper's Edit View opens the shop as a shopper sees it when filling the shop in, but it also allows you to edit the answers.
The Clone Shop will make a copy of the shop.
If you use the Dump Mode, the shopper will be assigned a grade of 1 and the shop will be moved to the status of Excluded. Additionally, the shopper pay for this shop will be set to 0. Using this setting will override any shopper grade, or shop status, set above!
