To PDF
Use the PDF button on the top right of your toolbar to instantly create a PDF version of the view you are looking at.
Remember that you can customize the visuals of the PDF in the settings of specific widgets.
To Excel
To create an Excel version of the same view, use the Excel button.
A caveat with this, however, is that not all widgets can be translated into their Excel versions. For a proper export of the widget, it needs to have data in a tabular form.
Currently, the widgets that are supported for this type of export are as follows:
- Action Item Counts
- Action Item Counts by Level
- Action Plan Log
- Drilldown Ranking
- Improvable Question
- Improvable Sections
- Question Correlation
- Question Crosstab
- Recent Evaluations
- Score Comparison
- Survey Summary
You can choose to create an Excel even if the view has no tabular data widgets, and while the file will be created, the spreadsheet will be empty.
