Once your Client has been set up, and your Survey created, you will want to set, or update, Survey settings.
To reach the Survey Administration page, start at the main Admin Page.
After you select a client, head to the Clients tab and select the Client & Form Settings link. Or, use the Quick Jump bar
Once on the Client Administration page, simply click on the Survey name to reach the Survey Settings.
The Survey Administration page comprises eight different sections:
- Basic Survey Settings: Rename the survey and establish its expense limits.
- Advanced Survey Options: Create RuleZ, or enable/disable PhotoDNA and GPSVerifier.
- ICR/Kiosk Mode Settings: Configure settings for Kiosk and Kiosk+ Mode.
- Offline Shop Settings: Manage offline shop parameters.
- Triggers:
- Score Triggers: Automatically send email notifications to managers when a shop reaches Finalized status with a score above or below a specified range.
- Manager Triggers: Automatically send email notifications to managers when a shop reaches Finalized status.
- Scoring Survey Settings: Define the scoring criteria for your survey.
- Display Settings (Distribution status): Set up the distribution status and adjust display settings.
- Survey Sections: Organize the sections for your survey.
