The Score Triggers section of survey settings allows you to choose whether email notifications are sent out when a shop reaches Finalized status and has a score either above or below a range as well as what types of managers receive those notifications.
This first line can have a percentage score in each box. Any shops with scores below the first box or above the score in the second box will send out score notifications.
The second section lists manager types that receives this type of notification.
Any additional email addresses that these notifications should go to can be entered here.
In the screenshot above, any shop entering finalized status with a score below 5% or above 95% would cause an email notification to be sent to the location manager and client supervisors as well as email@example.com.
